Meet Dan

I’m a paramedic first. My roots are blue collar, hands-on, and grounded in real-world experience. I’ve spent my career meeting people where they are and helping them find solutions that actually work.
For 15 years, I served as the Chief Operating Officer of RC Health Services, where I led the world’s largest EMS Academy and one of the top ten American Heart Association Training Centers. I scaled the company from a living room and apartment clubhouse to fifteen locations across eight states.
Today, through Get Dan Consulting, I use that same experience to help education and training organizations grow with structure and confidence.
